TERMS

	Minimum charge three hours.
	All rates are subject to VAT at 6%.
	25% surcharge on National Holidays. 100% Surcharge for Christmas and New Years Day.
	15% surcharge after 11 pm until 6 am.
	Special rates for extended hires.
	All parking and toll charges are chargeable at cost.
	24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
	Late bookings accepted at availability.
	All hiring starts when the car leaves the garage, and finishes when the car returns to the garage; except where subject to affixed charge e.g. airport transfer /specific quotations.
	Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles will incur costs payable by the client.
	The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received 12 hours prior to the dispatch of the car.
	When the hirer desires to travel in a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company, travel by a route which is in his/her opinion, the best and most convenient route for motoring, whether the route is the shortest or not.
	Every contract and/or dispute is subjected to Belgian law.
